Mistakes or Damaged Items

In the rare case where we made a mistake with the ketubah or it got damaged in transit, we will obviously cover all the costs. If your ketubah arrives with an error or in damaged condition, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including covering all shipping costs.

Returns for Other Reasons

If we prepared the ketubah exactly as promised but you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You have 100 days from the date of receipt to return the ketubah.
2. Shipping Costs: We offer free return shipping.
3. Restocking Fee: There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns that are not due to our error or damage during transit.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned ketubah and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue you a refund within 14 days. The refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.
