At Wedding Ketubah Corp, we specialize in wedding ketubahs, offering a variety of styles and designs including:

  • Paper Cut Ketubahs
  • Modern Ketubahs
  • Traditional Ketubahs

We provide custom text options in English, Hebrew, or both languages together. Additionally, we offer translation services and have an extensive blogs explaining ketubahs.

3. Order Process

Customers can place orders directly on our website. When placing an order, customers are required to provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Contact Information (Email and Phone Number)
  • Custom Text Details (if applicable)

4. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and more. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All shipping is free and always will be. Orders are processed and shipped within one week after the text is confirmed. Delivery typically takes up to one week, making the total time from confirmation to delivery approximately 10 to 14 days.

6. Returns and Refunds

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns must be made within 100 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the error is on the customer's part. If it is our mistake, we cover all costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

7. Customization and Personalization

We customize text in Hebrew, Aramaic, English, or any combination thereof. We can also assist with proofreading and translation. We have experience with ketubahs in Spanish, French, and other languages, though we copy and paste what is provided to us.

Handling Errors and Changes in Custom Orders:

  • If the error is our mistake, we cover all costs and offer a refund or replacement.
  • If the error is the customer's mistake, we charge a 15% restocking fee.

8. Privacy Policy

We believe in the principle that "the customer is always right." We aim to be more reasonable and accommodating than what is written, but we need clear terms and services to prevent being taken advantage of.

  • We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, or other labor disputes, government orders, or any other force majeure event.
