Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE.

Standard orders arrive about 3 weeks after you complete your form:

  • ✅ 3–4 Business Days: Receive your digital proof.
  • ✅ Within 14 Days: Delivery after you approve your proof.

*We recommend ordering 6 weeks before your wedding for the most stress-free experience.

Need it sooner? We offer rush options if our schedule allows:

  • 10 Days to 2 Weeks: $75.00 rush fee.
  • 7 to 10 Days: $120.00 rush fee.
  • Less than 7 Days: Contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping Methods:

  • We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx for shipping.
  • Expedited shipping options are available upon request. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us, and we will provide a quote on an order-by-order basis. Note that the price for expedited shipping is not listed on the site.

Shipping Costs: 

  • Shipping is free for all orders within the US, except for special rush orders which incur additional costs.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 14 days after the ketubah text is approved.
  • Delivery typically takes up to 14 days in transit, usually less.

Order Tracking:

  • We provide tracking information for all shipped orders.
  • Orders ship from either Florida or New York, depending on where the ketubah is crafted.

Packaging:

  • Our ketubahs are packaged very carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Paper cut ketubahs are usually secured with string around the box to prevent damage when opening.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • We take full responsibility for lost or damaged shipments and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • Customers should report lost or damaged shipments by emailing or calling us.

Shipping Address:

  • If the order has not yet shipped, customers can change their shipping address by contacting us.
  • If you provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Delivery Confirmation:

  • For orders with sufficient lead time, we often require a signature upon delivery. If the ketubah is ordered at the last minute, we may skip the signature requirement to avoid further delay.

Pre-Order or Backorder Shipping:

  • If an item is out of stock, the expected restock date is listed on the item page. If the restock date is at least 2 weeks before your wedding, you can place the order.
  • Pre-ordered or backordered items will ship separately from in-stock items if necessary.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship within the US and do not offer international shipping.
  • There are no specific shipping restrictions for our products at this time.
